You read that right. Computrols offers a true lifetime warranty on everything the company manufactures. If your Computrols controller fails under normal working conditions, it will be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer at no cost to you.

As a part of Computrols lifetime warranty, the company does not churn or obsolete its products like most manufacturers. Instead, Computrols builds backward and forward compatibility into all of its products. If Computrols cannot repair or replace a controller because parts are no longer available, the customer will be upgraded to the latest version at no additional cost.

Open + Intuitive Software

Since Computrols created the very first version of Computrols Building Automation Software (CBAS), they have provided the same level of access to customers and partners as they do their own technicians. Given that Computrols ownership team came from working in the field, every product is created to be as simple as possible, particularly the front-end software.

Third-Party Integration Solutions

Computrols was one of, if not the first manufacturer to build third-party protocols into their products. This means that rather than ripping out all of your existing controllers and having to start from scratch, the Computrols system will allow you to leverage much of your existing infrastructure and investment. Computrols has successfully provided integrated solutions to protocols and manufacturer's products including BACnet, Modbus, Siemens FLN/BLN, JCI N2, Trane Comm 4, CSI I/NET, Teletrols TSC, Siebe DMS, and many more.
